This mug was a joy to create and represents an incredible amount of work. The form was wheel-thrown before each cloud was individually sculpted and attached by hand. Multiple custom glazes were carefully layered to create the flowing drips and atmospheric surface effects that make this piece so unique. After several firings, gold accents were added to complete the dreamy star-filled landscape.
