Photos truly can't capture the full magic of this piece! This dreamy little wall cloud features my signature glitter inlay rainbow, and showcases an entirely new surface I've been developing. Using in-glaze lusters combined with a post-fire reduction technique, the cloud transforms into a luminous rainbow mirror, shifting colors and reflecting light from every angle. Paired with hand-carved details, glitter inlay, and gold accents, the result feels almost otherworldly.
This sculpture represents hours of careful craftsmanship and experimentation. Each cloud is hand made from porcelain before being carved, glazed, and fired multiple times. The rainbow is finished with jewelry-grade resin glitter inlay, while the mirror-like surface is achieved through my newest luster process, creating a depth and brilliance that photos simply can't do justice.
